Meet The Trainer
Hello! My name is Sophia, I have been working directly with dogs since 2022 and have had the privilege of engaging with dogs of all breeds, sizes and personalities. I believe that every behavior, whether positive or challenging, starts somewhere. In order to achieve lasting results with training, one must understand where those behaviors are stemming from and work daily to improve them,
My primary goal as a trainer is not only to help your dog succeed but to empower you as the owner. I want to give you the knowledge and tools to be successful at home on your training venture. Training does not end when a dog leaves class- in fact it is just beginning! I am committed to creating confident, long lasting relationships between dogs and their families. This happens through clear communication, consistency, and individualized training techniques.
I obtained my education at the Animal Behavior Institute. My education focuses upon LIMA (Least Aversive Minimally Invasive). Not all dogs are the same and respond to the same training methods. My job is to help you as an owner get to a comfortable spot with your pup by utilizing different techniques. I look forward to meeting you and your dog!
Training Services
Canine Foundations
(Basic One)
You may consider this class if you have a puppy or a dog who has undergone minimal training. This is also an excellent option for dogs that need a refresher on basic obedience skills! This is a four-week course that focuses on: sit, stay, come, settle
Canine Confidence
(Basic Two)
This is a good choice if your dog passed canine foundations and has mastered basic obedience skills. You may also consider this class if you are looking for more direct training to control undesirable behavior. This is a four-week course that foucses on: place command, leave it/drop it, and loose leash walking (heel).

Day Camp
Skills Session
A day camp skills session is a good way for your pup to get individualized training while still enjoying the interactive play of day camp. Throughout the duration of your dog's day with us, they will be removed from group play for 30-45 minutes to receive training based off a skill of your choosing! Unlike private lessons, we do not work with any aggression-based concerns. You will receive a custom video displaying the session for you to continue training at home.
An option intended for the dog owners that feel confident in training on their own but need some guidance and a modification plan. This is a one time, in person or phone conversation, to discuss your goals and concerns. You will then receive a customized behavior modification plan to pursue on your own at home!
